Returns Prior to Shipping

  • Can I cancel my order before it ships? Yes. Contact [email protected] with your order ID as the subject line (e.g., "Refund Request - Order A3C1A55AA13").
  • How do I start the process?
    • Email [email protected] and state your reason for the return.
    • Your refund will be processed within 7 days (please allow this time for it to show on your card).

Downloadable Return Label

  • Contact [email protected] to receive your return label in PDF format.
  • Print and attach the label to the product.

Restocking Fees

  • We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunding Shipping Cost

  • We do not refund original shipping costs.

Return Shipping Fees

  • For customer remorse on non used products (see bellow) CA$ 15000 at most. It is the cost of return shipping only
  • For defective products free of charge

Warranty for (New - Used) Products

  • We offer a 1-year warranty on defective products (new and used). See the Defective Product section below for details.
  • Damage during shipping is NOT covered by warranty if you signed the Bill of Lading (BoL). See the Shipping Damage section.

Returns for Non-Defective Products and Customer Remorse

  • We accept returns of unused, non-defective products in their original packaging within 1 year of purchase.
  • Exchanges are not offered.
  • Refunds only apply to products bought directly from Popabears.
  • To initiate a return:
    • Contact [email protected] with your order ID in the subject line. Refunds are not possible if 1 year have passed since your order.
    • State your reason for returning.
    • Send photos of the product.
    • Choose your return method: Ship it yourself or we can arrange return LTL shipping (fee applies).
    • Ensure the product is undamaged upon its return.
    • Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 7 days (allow this time for it to appear on your card).

Returns for Used Products

  • We do not accept returns on used products.
  • We provide free replacement parts (including shipping) for used products under warranty.
    • Send photos of the product.
    • Contact [email protected] with your order ID in the subject line. Note: replacements are not available after 1 year from purchase.

Shipping Damage

  • Inspect your product immediately upon delivery.
  • Refunds are only available for products purchased directly through Popabears.
  • If paperwork is singed:
    • Once you sign the paperwork from the freight company you become the legal owner of the product and we cannot file a damage claim.
      This is a standard policy by all Trucking Companies and is the standard with all of our competitors. If you find the item is damaged. Write damaged on the Bill of Lading (BoL) and inform us through [email protected]. We will be happy to handle the claim on your behalf and ship out a replacement to you ASAP.
    • For freight truck deliveries, please pay special attention to the delivery of your order. Upon receipt, you must verify the conditions of the delivered package. All sides of each package should be examined carefully. Do not let the carrier representative leave without written detailed notes on the waybill of all damages if applicable or simply reject the receipt of the items.
    • We don't provide warranty for such items
  • If paperwork is NOT signed
  • Send photos of the product from all angles. 
    • Contact [email protected], including your order ID in the subject line (e.g., "Refund Request - Order A3C1A55AA13"), If 30 days have passed since order was placed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
    • Specify your order id in the title. (e.g.: I want to refund following order A3C1A55AA13)
    • Upon inspection and approval by Popabears, a refund will be processed to your credit card within 7 days.
    • Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be processed to your credit card.

Defective Product Shipped

  • Contact [email protected] with your order ID in the subject line. Refunds are not possible if 1 year has passed since your order.
  • Provide photos of product from all angels and the defect.
  • Refunds only apply to products purchased directly from Popabears.
  • We will attempt to repair:
    • If repairable, we'll send replacement parts free of charge.
  • If the product is beyond repair:
    • Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 7 days (allow this time for it to appear on your card).

Wrong Product Received

  • Contact [email protected] with your order ID in the subject line. Refunds are not possible if 30 days have passed since your order.
  • Send photos of the incorrect product.
  • We will take care of it:
    • Issue a full refund, OR
    • Cover all costs to ship the correct replacement product
  • Refunds only apply to products purchased directly from Popabears.
  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 7 days (allow this time for it to appear on your card).

Product Never Arrived

  • Contact [email protected] with your order ID in the subject line. Refunds are not possible if 30 days have passed since your order.
  • We will work with the shipping company to locate your package and arrange delivery
