Processing and Tracking:

  • We start working on your order as soon as it's placed.

Delivery Timelines

  • Expect your order to arrive within 2-9 business days within Canada after it leaves our warehouse. Please note that shipping delays can sometimes occur.
  • If you need to delay your shipment, please let us know. We can hold orders for up to three weeks after payment. Additional fees may apply for longer delays, and your order might be cancelled. We recommend ordering as close to your desired delivery date as possible.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs depend on your location and the items you order.
  • Get a real-time shipping estimate by entering your postal code in the Cart Sidebar.
  • Our shipping partners' prices typically range from:
    • CA$200 - CA$1000 for smaller items within Canada
    • CA$1000+ for larger items like containers and portable structures within Canada

Shipping Damage:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.
    1. Specify your order id in the title. (e.g.: I want to refund following order A3C1A55AA13)
    2. Include the pictures of damaged product from all angels
  2. If the shipping company damages your item, please contact them directly for a resolution. We'll assist in any way we can.
  3. Once you sign the paperwork from the freight company you become the legal owner of the product and we cannot file a damage claim.
  4. This is a standard policy by all Trucking Companies and is the standard with all of our competitors. If you find the item is damaged. Write damaged on the Bill of Lading (BoL) and inform us through [email protected]. We will be happy to handle the claim on your behalf and ship out a replacement to you ASAP.
  5. For freight truck deliveries, please pay special attention to the delivery of your order. Upon receipt, you must verify the conditions of the delivered package. All sides of each package should be examined carefully. Do not let the carrier representative leave without written detailed notes on the waybill of all damages if applicable or simply reject the receipt of the items.
  6. Return the product:
    1. You can ship it back yourself (you'll cover the cost).
    2. Or, we can arrange the return LTL shipping for a fee.
  7. Once product is recieved by Popabears it will be checked and approved.
  8. We will contact you
  9. You'll receive your credit card refund with in 7 days

Defective Products:

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.
    • Specify your order id in the title. (e.g.: I want to refund following order A3C1A55AA13)
    • Include the pictures of the defective product from all angles to the [email protected].
  • If we can fix it, we'll send you the parts for free.
  • If it's beyond repair, we'll issue a full refund to your credit card with in 7 days.

Wrong Product Received:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.
    1. Specify your order id in the title. (e.g.: I want to refund following order A3C1A55AA13)
    2. Include the picture of product from all angels
  2. We can refund your electronically with credit card with in 7 days
  3. Or, We'll cover the cost of replacing it with the correct item.
  4. Return the product:
    1. You can ship it back yourself 
    2. Or, we can arrange the return LTL shipping, cost will be covered by us.
  5. Once product is received by Popabears it will be checked and approved.
  6. Product will be replaced and shipped to you.

Product Never Arrived:

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.
    • Specify your order id in the title. (e.g.: I want to refund following order A3C1A55AA13)
  • If your product doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. 
  • We'll work with the shipping company to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Faq Shipping:

  • Order Cancellation before shipment: if we have received the order cancellation notice before the order has been shipped and the warehouse worker have been notified. We will cancel the order free of cost and issue a refund within 7 days
  • Where can i find the downloadable return label: In the case a downloadable label is required for returning an item. We will generate the label through our systems and send it to you by email. It is your responsibility to print it to the returning package
  • Who pays for the returning fee: As stated in the terms and condition above.. The return fee is covered by us in the case of defective product, wrong product received and product never arrived. For any other reasons the shipping fee will be covered by the user.
  • On restocking fees: We do not charge restocking fees as of the moment.
  • Refund of original shipping costs: The original shipping cost will be refunded in the case of defective product, wrong product received and product never arrived.
